Co. vs Brooks Co.
Two consecutive years and two
Friday night openers with Brooks County resulted in rainouts
after torrential downpours and impressive lightening storms.
Last year’s game was a hard fought 16-7
victory by Tift County in the sweltering South Georgia Saturday
afternoon heat.
The Devils hold a 7-1 edge all-time
against the Trojans.
Tifton native, Ryan Branch, has left to
coach the Berrien County Rebels and Brooks has brought back
Coach Maurice Freeman.
Coach Freeman led the Trojans to the

REMINDER: Tift County Touchdown
Club Monthly Meeting & Game Review:
The Tift Co.Touchdown Club Monthly
Meeting & Game Review will be tonight,
Tuesday,
Sept. 2nd @ 7:00 p.m. in the
Tift Co. Blue Devil Fieldhouse @ TCHS.
There will be food provided at 6:30 p.m.
before the meeting.
A bucket is placed on the table for any
contibutions you wish to add for the food to
help make this possible.
Please be prepared to get started at
7:00 p.m. for the monthly meeting.
Don't forget to
send in your membership dues (atleast
$25.00) for the Touchdown Club.
