2009 Tift County Blue Devils 

2009 Blue Devil Football kicks off Friday night in Waycross with a scrimmage against theWare County Gators.  Tift County holds an 8 and 2 record between the two with the last regular season meeting occurring in 2001.  The Devils have a 19-10-1 all-time record against Ware Co/Waycross.  The Gators comes in under the second new head coach in as many years, after falling to Northside Warner Robins in the AAAA state championship game 20-14 in 2007.
